Stainless, LLC Closes Pine Forge Plant

To all of our valued customers,

As of Tuesday, 9/24/13, it is public knowledge that Stainless LLC is officially closing our fabrication plant in Pine Forge, PA. An auction will be held on Thursday 10/10/13 to sell equipment, tooling, raw materials, and the property itself.

The decision to close our manufacturing division was born from a drive to remain a significant participant in the broadcast tower industry while stemming the tide of an unhealthy economy and a reduced demand for tall tower fabrication.

We will continue to offer fabrication services through highly qualified vendors. We will retain key personnel from our fabrication division to monitor quality assurance and quality control through these vendors’ facilities, ensuring the accuracy for which Stainless is known is not compromised.

Our engineering and constructions services divisions remain strong and healthy, providing all the services we did prior to the shop closure. I am confident these changes will pave the way for Stainless’s involvement in the broadcast tower industry for many decades to come.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me at Gregg.Fehrman@StainlessLLC.com with any questions you may have pertaining to these changes.

Sincerely,

Greg Fehrman, P.E.
